Continuous Delivery

Agile Software Development allows for a team to continuously deliver software in small chunks, commonly known as "Sprints". At the end of a sprint, the team has a fully functioning version of the software ready to be released.

Continuous Feedback

At the end of sprints we evaluate and take stock of what went well and what can be improved. We also try to tackle processes which cause friction and make the team more efficient for the next sprint.

Continuous Improvement

Agile Software Development for us simply boils down to the concept of continuous improvement.

Using a mix of Scrum and Kanban, we are happy to work in a variety of Agile ways.

By continuously improving our processes, tools and adopting new methodologies which have a measurable improvement we aim to be the best.

Build

MVP

Minimum Viable Product is what the Lean Startup is built upon.

Essentially having an idea and committing as few resources as possible to validating that idea works, has a potential market and creating a product that meets the needs of that market.

Measure

See how customers respond

Entire projects are often built without ever involving the customer. Millions and billions of dollars raised and lost to an idea "not working".

Why not just find out if the customers actually think you are onto something?

Learn

Pivot or persevere

Having analysed customer responses to the product and what they consider valuable you can make the decision to "pivot" and head down a route you think will better the product or persevere with your current plan.

Make informed business decisions without spending a fortune.
